Journal Entry
When you're young, you should say yes to most things. When you're old, you should say no to most things. The thought here is that when you're young, you have to experience and you have to fail. If things go right, based on that experience, you'll establish yourself. When you get established, you no longer have physical, mental time, or the BS, because you've already been there and done that. So the much more valuable thing when you're older is to say no and focus on bigger things, or just rest.
