You've talked about neglecting your health for your work. How do you reconcile that stark, practical reality with your deepest fear of being "in bed, unable to take care of myself" and depending on others? ---RATIONALE--- This question directly challenges KK to reconcile his stated behavior (neglecting health) with his deepest fear (dependence), forcing him to confront a potential contradiction in his rational planning and revealing his internal consistency or a blind spot, vital for psychological depth.

I don't really reconcile it. I take walks, try to watch what I eat, and avoid consuming too much junk food. But if I ever get bad news from a doctor, I would go hardcore on whatever I have to do. As the saying goes, we don't really do anything until shit hits the fan. I have the discipline for it. I haven't had pork or beef since 1989. I was a vegetarian for a long time. I've done a three‑month liquid‑only diet. I've fasted for five days with just water. So I could still do it.
